After the recent storms, I went to my favorite park (Villages of Bear Creek Park in Euless) to check out the creek. I wasn’t disappointed. Authorities had closed the road that runs through the park due to earlier high water. The creek had receded below road level by the time I arrived, but just barely. You can see the rushing water flowing under the bridge and tree limbs caught in the guardrail.
