Jenny Box (formerly Jenny Matthews) is my wonderful wife and one of the best gifts God has ever given me. I am crazy about her. We met through the singles’ group at our church. Our first date was January 5, 2002. We stayed up talking till after 4:00 am, and before our second date I’d started wondering if she might be the girl I would marry. By April we had pretty much decided that we were right for each other. I proposed on May 11, and we got married<\/a> on January 4, 2003.<\/p>\n

Jenny is one of the sweetest, most patient people you’ll ever meet. She’s also lots of fun, and likes “guy stuff” like ice hockey, action movies, and video games. She has an uncanny ability to quickly understand who people really are, so it’s really appropriate that she majored in psychology at Dallas Baptist University. Her friends and family are very important to her. Her Myers-Briggs type is either INFJ, the Counselor<\/a> or ENFJ, the Teacher<\/a>. If you have a problem, talk to her. If you just want someone fun to hang out with, talk to her. She’s smart but silly, practical but enthusiastic, strong but laid-back. I hope you get to meet her someday. She works at Southwest in the People Department as a project specialist, which means she plans events, runs puppet shows, coordinates building projects, designs and administers employee surveys, and does lots of other stuff.<\/p>\n
